William McDowell’s The Cry: A Live Worship Experience That Captures God’s Presence
Grammy-nominated and Dove Award-winning worship leader, pastor and author William McDowell has released his sixth album titled “The Cry: A Live Worship Experience”. The album was recorded live at Redemption to the Nations Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and features special guest artists such as Nathaniel Bassey, Travis Greene, Yolanda Adams, David and Nicole Binion, and more.
The Cry consists of 17 tracks that showcase McDowell’s passion for creating an atmosphere where people can encounter God in a tangible way. The album covers themes such as faith, surrender, revival, and healing, with songs that range from intimate ballads to powerful anthems. Some of the highlights include “Finished Work”, a declaration of God’s completed work on the cross featuring Daniel Johnson; “Deep Places”, a prayer for God to fill every area of our lives featuring Trinity Anderson; “How Great”, a rendition of the classic hymn with a gospel twist featuring Yolanda Adams; and “Nothing Like Your Presence”, a celebration of God’s nearness featuring Travis Greene and Nathaniel Bassey.
